I’ve been a Miles Smiles member for over 10 years, and my points, which are supposed to be usable through Turkish Airlines (THY), are inaccessible because my account is marked as frozen. I can’t log in using my TK number, phone number, or email, and customer service redirects me to the website without providing any real assistance.
Despite claiming my number is invalid, they’re still able to send login links to it, which seems suspicious. My points are set to expire on December 31, and I urgently need access to use them before they’re lost.
This situation has made me consider canceling my Garanti Bank Miles Smiles card, as THY is preventing me from utilizing the benefits I’ve earned. I demand immediate resolution to regain access and use my points before the deadline. This issue must be addressed without further delay.
