Turkish Airlines Didn't Refund For My Open Ticket
I purchased a new flight with my open ticket through customer service. However, I noticed on my account summary the next day that the staff had charged the full amount of the ticket. I contacted customer service and created a request regarding this issue. After 6-7 correspondences and a very long period of 1.5 months, I received an email stating that a refund had been made. However, no amount was deposited into my account. When I contacted them again to have the amount deposited into my account, they asked me to share my account summary, which I did. After that, I was never contacted. I urgently request the refund to be processed and even demand compensation for the time lost and the devaluation of money during this period.
