Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Payment Issue

On October 26, I couldn't travel on my Tokyo flight due to overbooking, and I was told I would receive compensation. I submitted the necessary application that same night. On November 20, I received feedback explaining the additional documents/information I needed to include in my application. I sent all the required documents on the same day, but I did not receive any response about whether they were received. On November 21, following up on my feedback (reference number TK-9667812), I was informed that the payment had been made. However, despite repeatedly calling and creating additional feedback, no ticket refund has been deposited into the account number I provided. I hear phrases like 'the urgency of the matter has been noted' when I speak to different people on the phone twice a week. If I could be given a document showing that the payment has been made to my account, I could at least contact my bank to investigate where the money is. Despite my repeated requests, such a document has not been provided. Do we really have to make stressful phone calls every week to get what we are entitled to? I urgently expect a solution.
Progress
On the night of October 26, 2023, my journey on the THY Japan flight was postponed to the next day due to overbooking, and I was informed that an overbooking compensation would be made to me. I filled out all the necessary documents completely. About 3 weeks later, I was informed that the payment had been deposited, but there was no such payment in my account. Since that day, I have filled out feedback forms and made phone calls countless times, but still, no payment has been made to my account. I questioned whether the payment was made to the wrong account, but there was no answer to that either. I have been stalled since October. Is there anyone who has managed to break this vicious cycle?
