Turkish Airlines Payment Error
Turkish Airlines took the full payment from me, but they didn’t issue my ticket or provide a refund. As a student, paying €600 is a significant amount, and I expected better service from such a well-known airline. Unfortunately, I received conflicting information from their staff—one told me the payment was received, another denied it, and a third said they couldn’t provide any details due to lack of information. This inconsistency has left me confused and concerned. I’m simply asking for clear communication and a resolution to this situation. I hope Turkish Airlines takes responsibility and helps me get either my ticket or my refund without further delay.
