Turkish Airlines Didn't Let Me Board Hours Before Take Off

Today, even though it was 1 hour and 10 minutes before my flight code TK2631 to Malatya-Istanbul 08:30, they did not check with the excuse that there was no system and they did not allow me to board the plane and burned my ticket. I bought a ticket with difficulties. Too bad for us. If I had to be at the airport 2 hours before the flight took off, then why was I not informed of such a situation? I could never agree with such a move to such an institution. I was at the airport an hour before, check-in closes 45 minutes before, if you have a technical issue why does it fall on me?
