Turkish Airlines Denied Me to Board Despite Early Arrival
On 18.08.2023, I received a message stating that my flight, originally scheduled to depart at 10:15 AM, would now depart at 10:50 AM. Despite arriving at the airport at 09:50 AM, I was informed that the flight would depart at 10:15 AM, and I was denied boarding. I arrived an hour earlier based on the information provided to me, yet no assistance was offered. When I filled out the Feedback Form, I was told I had arrived at 10:20 AM, but I am certain I was there at 09:50 AM. No one attempted to address the mistake in the announcement, and instead, I was blamed for being at the airport at the wrong time. This unprofessional attitude was very disappointing. I am sharing my experience here to prevent others from facing similar issues. I will also inform everyone I know about the inconvenience I faced.
