I purchased a plane ticket for my wife two weeks ago. She was supposed to travel to Germany with our son. Unfortunately, my wife has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy treatment. According to the blood test results received today, the doctor indicated that there are side effects on her liver from the chemotherapy, and her condition is not good. We need to return for further tests one week after the flight date, which is fourteen days from now. I have provided all the necessary documents, including the medical report and surgery details, but I have yet to receive a response regarding the change of our return flight date.

Our goal is simply to move our return flight date earlier. I expect Turkish Airlines to find a solution to this situation, as nothing is more important than health. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. The report shows that I need to be in Istanbul on March 1, 2024. Therefore, I would like to change our return flight date to March 31, 2024.

Hello, I have the doctor's report on the letterhead with the protocol number stamps, everything is included. I have added it as well. Still, there is no solution. I am requesting a change in the return flight date, I do not want a refund. There is a note in the doctor's report stating that I need to return early. I kindly request my return flight ticket to be updated to 31.03.2024. Time is running out. Unfortunately, there is no other option. Feedback TK 10572036
