Metro Bus Left Early Without Notice
On 24 July I had a Metro Turizm ticket for the Hatay–Adana route, scheduled to depart at 22:00. I later found out that the departure time was moved forward to 21:30, but I was never informed of this change in any way. Because the trip time was brought forward without any notice, I could not board the bus and was unable to make my journey. This caused both time loss and additional inconvenience for me. I request a full refund of the ticket price I paid for this trip, as the schedule change was made without informing me and I was therefore deprived of the service.
