Turkish Airlines Broke My Luggage and Hasn't Resolved the Issue After 8 Weeks

When I got home after collecting my luggage, I realized that one of the wheels was broken. I immediately filled out the necessary forms. Turkish Airlines told me not to apply to the lost property office at the airport where I landed. However, the next day, the lost property office from the airport where I landed called me and said, "You didn’t notice that the luggage was broken at the airport but only after you got home, so there’s nothing we can do. Don’t bother coming here!" (They’re not actually trying to solve my problem at all, they just want me to give up. They’re passing me around.) After that call, I emailed and called Turkish Airlines multiple times. But every time, they just said, "We’re looking into it; we’ve filed your complaint." I don’t even remember how many weeks this whole process has taken – probably over eight weeks. During this time, I had to make another trip to Istanbul, using my only suitcase, the broken one, which caused me a lot of trouble on public transportation there. Turkish Airlines has really gone downhill lately. They’re all about the money now; customer satisfaction seems to be the least important issue for every department. I’m not going to stop until I get a replacement for that suitcase. I’m going to defend my rights. If I don’t get a result here, I’ll seek help from airhelp.com, apply to the Consumer Rights Court, and even file a lawsuit if necessary. Case Number: 2024163302

They are officially mocking me. The baggage unit of the airport I landed at called and said they couldn't do anything because I noticed after I got home. I said, if it's not your responsibility, why are you calling? They said, you should contact Turkish Airlines, we can't do anything. The process has gone back to the beginning again. Their goal is not to solve the problem but to prolong the process and wear me out. I guess I won't get any results from here, so I will apply through airhelp.com.
