Quotex Withdrawal Successful but Not Credited to Bank

I am writing regarding my Quotex withdrawal with ID 40742781*** for ₹10,500, requested on 03 August 2026 via net banking to my Bank of India account. In the Quotex system, this withdrawal appears with the status “Successed/Successful”. Despite this, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I have waited 5 days and checked my Bank of India statement for the period from 03 August to 08 August 2026, and there is no incoming credit of ₹10,500. I kindly request that you urgently check the real status of this withdrawal. If the payment has already been sent from your side, please provide the payment proof and the UTR/reference number so that I can follow up with my bank. If it has not actually been completed, please investigate the issue and process the payment to my Bank of India account as soon as possible. I expect a clear explanation and a swift resolution so that the missing ₹10,500 is either credited to my account or the problem is otherwise properly resolved
