Turkish Airlines Damaged My New Suitcase and Won't Help
I flew with Turkish Airlines on 01.07.2023. After the flight, I found that my suitcase was damaged. I had bought the suitcase just one week before the flight, and it was brand new. I filed a report and filled out a form. In their response, they told me that I needed to get the suitcase repaired. I informed customer service that I couldn't deal with getting it repaired, as the suitcase was very new and I felt inconvenienced. Despite nearly 2 months passing, no one has attended to my issue, and they still request a repair invoice or a statement that it can't be repaired. Why do I have to go through all this trouble for a suitcase I just bought? I uploaded the purchase receipt for my suitcase; what more do you need and why aren't you helping me?
