Turkish Airlines Damaged Luggage Issue

After my flight with Turkish Airlines, I discovered that my luggage was damaged. When I reported the issue, I was given the tracking number 2023136479 and asked to provide the necessary documents. I submitted all the required documents. However, today I was told that they need either a repair invoice or a certificate stating that the luggage cannot be repaired. I explained that as an employee, I would need to take a day off to take the luggage to a repair shop, which would result in a day's wage deduction. Additionally, I would need to use a taxi to transport the luggage. The total cost of the wage deduction and taxi fare is twice the price of the luggage. I do not want to deal with this hassle. You know how to charge us for ticket prices. You are the ones who received my luggage intact and returned it broken. It's strange for a company like Turkish Airlines to resort to such measures. I request that my luggage be replaced or that I be compensated for its current value. Regards...
