SuperLive Charged My Card Without My Authorization, Request Refund

I noticed that my bank card was charged 29.99 USD by a company named LiveStreamingsServic / SuperLive, even though I did not make any purchase or knowingly approve this payment. At the time of the transaction I was actually asleep, and I only understood something was wrong when I saw the bank notification and more coins appearing in my SuperLive account. According to my bank’s message, one similar transaction was canceled by the bank, but this 29.99 USD charge is still standing. I did not request these coins, I do not need them and I do not give consent for this kind of automatic or unauthorized charging of my card. I request that the 29.99 USD be fully refunded to my card as soon as possible and that any related subscription, automatic renewal or payment authorization linked to my card be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are made without my clear and explicit approval. I also ask you to confirm the refund and the cancellation in writing.
