Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage but Didn't Provide Support
On September 17, 2023, I flew from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Trabzon Airport. I received my luggage damaged and filed the necessary report. Later, I communicated with the company via email, but they made the process difficult. They requested the invoice for the luggage, which was a gift from an official institution, and a repair invoice if it was repaired. Turkish Airlines complicated the process by constantly asking for invoices and repair receipts, even though I told them there was no gift invoice. They exhausted me to the point of frustration. After a month, they responded negatively and blocked the process. The camera recordings will show that my luggage was broken. I want compensation for my damages. Additionally, the retractable handle of the luggage, which I couldn't detect at the airport, was also damaged, and the frame of the luggage was harmed. However, Turkish Airlines is trying to wear people out and prevent them from pursuing the process.
