Turkish Airlines Ankara Airport Gate Staff Lack of Attention
On 09.08.2023 around 14:10 at Ankara Airport, I asked the gate staff member S** if the procedures had started. The response I received, along with a dismissive eye roll, shocked me! I replied that I was asking for information and how could I know if the process would start before the plane arrived. However, the staff member continued to fiddle with their phone and did not even respond! The same indifferent responses were given to other passengers who came after me. This situation highlights the lack of training and effective communication skills among THY staff. I expressed my desire to discuss this issue with the authorities, but I did not receive any response. Such responses are unacceptable for a prestigious company like THY. I will write this complaint everywhere.
