Turkish Airlines Check-In Issue - Staff Complaint

On 21.08.2023, we purchased tickets from Dalaman Airport to Elazig Airport. I completed the online check-in on the THY website, and the screen displayed 'Ok'. However, upon arriving at the airport, I was informed that the check-in was not completed. Despite being there more than 45 minutes in advance, they told me I arrived 45 minutes late as if I had no sense of time. I was there well before 45 minutes, but your staff did not complete the check-in and directed me to the ticketing counter. By the time I explained my issue, more time had passed, and my problem was not resolved. I spoke to them again, and these conversations easily exceeded 10 minutes, not to mention the waiting time in the security line at the airport. When I called your call center, there were still 36 minutes left, and I am sharing the screenshot as proof, but they were also not helpful. I was supposed to attend an important meeting and was greatly inconvenienced. This is not the first issue I've experienced at Dalaman Airport. I paid ₺4684 for round-trip tickets. This money came out of my employer's pocket due to the arbitrary actions of your staff. They also disappeared immediately afterward. If my ticket fee is not refunded, I will file a lawsuit or apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. THY's service quality has significantly declined. THY? Never again.
