Turkish Airlines Customer Service Ruined My Vacation Plans!
Today, I had a flight at 5:45 a.m. with Turkish Airlines. I went to the counter 45 minutes before the flight was set to leave, but they wouldn't let us on, saying that boarding had already ended. I talked to the officials for a long time, pleading with them to help us, but they didn't do anything at all. I worked for a month to get the money for those tickets, and now it's all gone. This is a terrible thing to do, especially so close to the holidays. What a shame! Our plans for a trip have been completely ruined. I want to be paid right away, either with free new tickets or a refund. It's time for Turkish Airlines to take responsibility for what they've done and be fair to their customers.
