Turkish Airlines Denied Me to Board and I Experienced Inconvenience
On November 12th, I went online to the Turkish Airlines website and bought a ticket to Mardin. After getting to the checkpoint, I waited in line for my ticket. Despite the fact that I had only obtained my ticket fifty minutes earlier, I proceeded to enter the terminal in order to board. The news that my ticket had been canceled came as a complete surprise to me, and as a result, I was unable to catch my flight. There are a lot of people in the same boat as me right now. I was unable to locate anyone who could address my concerns. I demand either a complete refund of my money or a new ticket for the same trip. I am grateful to you for your assistance.
