Turkish Airlines Compensation for Lost Luggage Not Provided!

On July 23, 2023, during flight TK2613 with Turkish Airlines, my aunt's luggage was lost, and someone else's luggage was issued in her name. Upon reporting the lost luggage, we were informed that the luggage could not be found and were asked to submit a lost claim through the website, including a list of our losses along with the required documents. We complied and submitted the claim through the website, which was then transferred to another lost luggage department. We have been waiting for 49 days for a resolution from Turkish Airlines, but there has been no outcome. Whenever we call for information, they assure us that they are working on it urgently and that the compensation department is handling the issue. However, there is still no result, and the information provided over the phone is insufficient. This large company is unable to compensate for lost items, cannot provide answers, and does not proactively update us unless we call them. It's disappointing...
