I had flight with THY yesterday. Firstly Tel Aviv to Istanbul with TK3293 and after that Istanbul to Izmir with TK2340. I arrived last night almost 22.00 to Izmir. As of 22.30 my suitcase did not arrive. When I searched, I found out that it was missing. A report was prepared and it was stated that a response would be made. However, even after 15 hours, no notification was made. When I searched I found out that my luggage was STILL not detected. I have valuable and personal belongings and clothes in it. As there is no offer for compensation for these, NO ONE knows where my suitcase is yet.I handed it to them as one piece, with all my stuff inside now left here wondering where my bag is with everything else in it.
