MyTrip Online Charged Money Despite Failed Check In

I tried to complete the check-in process for my Istanbul–Jeddah flight through MyTrip Online. During the process, I received a message saying “transaction not completed,” and the check-in was not successful. However, €1 was initially charged to my debit card, and today an additional €79 was deducted without my knowledge.

I did not receive any email or SMS notification regarding these charges, and I am currently unable to access my account. I have not previously contacted MyTrip regarding this issue.

I request a clear explanation for these charges related to my July 31, 2025 flight and demand a full refund of the €79 that was deducted from my account.
