MyTrip Unauthorized Payment and Subscription Cancellation Request

I visited the MyTrip Online website with the intention of purchasing a ticket, but without buying any ticket or service, my bank card was charged twice without my consent. First, €2 was charged on October 15, 2025, and then €79 was charged today (October 18, 2025). These transactions appear on my statement as “XP*MY-TRIP-online.c.”
I did not start any subscription or give any approval for these charges. I was told that I need to wait until Monday to contact customer service, which is unacceptable given the situation.
If an automatic subscription has been initiated without my knowledge, I request that it be canceled immediately and that all charged amounts be fully refunded to my account.
I kindly request urgent assistance regarding this matter.
