On 25.07.2023, I called from my phone number 0553 413 70 ** and clearly stated that I mistakenly booked a ticket to Erzincan-Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport, requested a refund, and confirmed that I would fly with the Erzincan-Istanbul Airport ticket. The representative assured me that the refund for the Erzincan-Sabiha Gokcen ticket was processed for ₺869 and that there was no issue with the Erzincan-Istanbul Airport ticket. This conversation is recorded. Today, when I checked the mobile app for the refund, I saw that the Erzincan-Sabiha Gokcen ticket was suspended and the Erzincan-Istanbul Airport ticket was refunded. I never made such a statement; my hotel reservation ends on the 4th, and I have to start work soon with no place to stay. This is an urgent situation. I also created a feedback with the number TK-9090279, but there is no response or support for my flight tomorrow.
