With the reference number SLJ7VP, on October 28, 2023, at 19:25, I purchased two round-trip tickets through the Turkish Airlines app for m** d** g*** and y** g***, paying ₺3600.
The tickets were for a trip from Urfa to Ankara on November 4, 2023, and a return from Ankara to Urfa on November 12, 2023. The tickets I bought were standard. I made the reservation for my children to come to Ankara due to their mid-term break, but I realized I selected the wrong date and contacted the Turkish Airlines call center 5 minutes later.
They informed me that since the tickets were standard, changes and cancellations could not be made. They categorize people based on the tickets they purchase and do not assist, effectively wasting their money. I mentioned that I could pay a penalty fee or upgrade to a higher-class ticket, but they did not help.
Following this, I created a feedback record TK-9680535 on the Turkish Airlines website and submitted it to them. The situation is urgent. I have a complaint about this issue. I would appreciate your assistance.
