Turkish Airlines Business Class Complaint About Cabin Supervisor

I am filing a complaint about Cabin Supervisor Ms. I*** from our flight on Sunday, June 16, 2024, from Istanbul Airport to Sinop Airport. We were business class passengers. An elderly man, who had already been walked through the airport, was seated two rows behind us. They tried to move him to economy class but failed, so they attempted to seat him in our section. We refused to give up our seats. Ms. I*** repeatedly made snide remarks to us. My uncle eventually gave up his seat, but instead of moving the man to row 05, they placed him at the back of the plane, all orchestrated by Ms. I***. She didn't even thank us. Additionally, there was an issue with our sandwich, and she remarked, 'If you start your day like this, it will continue this way.' We found her behavior unacceptable and are filing this complaint. We had booked our flight three months in advance, made our plans, and discussed our dreams, but Ms. I*** ruined everything. The elderly man's wife was also on the flight, and they needed to sit together. If this was the case, why didn't they reserve their seats when purchasing their tickets? We are very disappointed with Turkish Airlines' handling of this situation. Normally, we wouldn't file a complaint, but Ms. I***'s behavior compelled us to do so. Please hear us out!
