On July 28, 2023, for flight number 7795 from Italy Bergamo to Istanbul SAW, the 12:45 flight was delayed to 13:45. We were at the airport at 09:15 in the morning. We waited for hours without any information about when the boarding would start. Despite the staff telling us after 11:00 to wait for half an hour or 10 more minutes for the boarding to open, it was 13:00 and the boarding was still not open. We asked another person and they told us it was closed. We were not allowed to generate a boarding pass because the system was closed. We were told we needed to buy a new ticket. There was no option for transfer to the next flight either. The staff at the airport said they did not have the authority to lift our check-ins. We learned that the boarding was actually opened and closed very briefly before 11:00. We kindly request the reimbursement of our ticket fee due to the inconvenience caused by this misinformation and misguidance.
