I Was Unable to Cancel or Reschedule My Turkish Airlines Ticket

Hello, on 13.03.2024, I purchased two tickets for S***** C***** E****** and S*** A****** for travel between 13.03.2024 and 19.03.2024. A few hours later, we wanted to cancel the tickets. We were informed that the tickets could not be canceled and would be forfeited unless we opted to keep them open for use within one year. We chose to keep the tickets open. When we requested documentation for this process, we were told no such document would be provided. Upon researching online, we found others who had similar issues and contacted Turkish Airlines again to reschedule the tickets. They approved, and we selected a new date. However, during the confirmation process, we were told there was a system error and to call back in an hour. Over three days, we called numerous times and spoke with at least 10 different representatives, only to be told, 'Your ticket cannot be changed.' We then offered to fly on the original date, but were told to fill out a feedback form. We did so but received no response. When we contacted them again, we were informed that we could not fly on the original date either. In summary, despite paying €523.28, Turkish Airlines did not assist us. Although your website claims to offer the best service in the world, we spoke with 10 people and received no solution. We were misled by being told, 'You can use the open ticket within one year.' Thank you, Turkish Airlines, for this experience on my birthday. I have nothing else to say and strongly condemn your inability to resolve such an issue.
