THY Turkish Airlines Urgent Support Needed for Flight Change
I traveled to America through the Camp America agency. My return date was September 1st, but due to my grandmother's passing, I wanted to change my return date to August 21st and made a payment to the Camp America agency for this. A few days later, I was informed that they couldn't make changes to the ticket because my name was reported as Gueleycan to Turkish Airlines in May. When I emailed to correct it, a new ticket number was issued to me, and I was told that I had control over the ticket. However, when I contacted Turkish Airlines, I was told that I did not have control over the ticket and that the agency needed to make the changes. I was then given the THY New York email address and contacted them. I filled out the form they sent and made a payment for the ticket change. Although I made the payment, I received another email stating that the payment was not received. When I contacted the bank, I learned that the money had been deducted from my account. I then emailed THY feedback, and they asked for my grandmother's death certificate and said they would make the change for free. Despite sending all the documents, I have not received any response and have already made a payment of $172. Please, I am requesting a solution.
