As every year, I bought tickets for my children who are coming from abroad for vacation 3-4 months in advance and selected their seats. We have a single PNR and 3 passengers. Three days ago, when I checked, I found out that two of my children were assigned their seats, but my daughter was moved to a different seat (domestic transfer). I immediately called customer service to ask for the reason and to correct this mistake. I explained that we have 3 child passengers. They mockingly suggested that maybe the seat is faulty for the flight two weeks later and said they couldn't do anything about it. After some research, I found out that the real reason is overbooking, and now I can't find anyone to resolve the issue. Every year, we face the same problem with THY, and we can't find a solution.
