Poor Treatment and Inconveniences Experienced with Turkish Airlines

On November 1st, I arrived at Istanbul Airport from abroad at 1 PM. I had a flight with THY at 2:20 PM from Istanbul Airport to Gazipasa Airport, but I couldn't purchase a ticket. The staff issued a ticket for 8:45 PM and told me I had to wait in the domestic terminal. I had planned to go to Alanya at 2:20 PM, but I thought I could endure a few hours of hunger and thirst. I had no cash left and couldn't access my money because my Turkish bank accounts were closed.
Around 7 PM, an announcement was made that the flight was canceled. I was already feeling terrible from hunger and thirst, and psychologically, I felt very bad. They said they could provide a free hotel service and asked us to line up. The queue took about 4 hours. I asked THY employees for food and water. They said they would distribute refreshments and that I needed to wait. They neither distributed refreshments nor provided water. Whenever I asked THY employees a question, they would start to answer, but then a tourist would interrupt, and they would immediately focus on the tourists.
I've been to many countries and spent time in many airports. I've never felt so alone, especially in my own country. A janitor found me and asked if I was okay. I told him no one was giving me food or water, and that I had asked THY employees. He said things were a bit chaotic and to wait. The man took ₺300 out of his pocket and bought me 2 pastries and a cola. I felt a bit better. In the end, I couldn't take it anymore and called my brother-in-law, crying, asking him to come and get me. He came and picked me up. I got a lot of scolding for it. I was already psychologically broken. I don't deserve to experience this in my own country. Finally, I ate at my brother-in-law's place. Through my father, we changed my ticket. We got a ticket for 6 AM on November 2nd from Istanbul to Gazipasa. I took a taxi to Istanbul Airport.
The taxi fare was ₺520, which I requested to be reimbursed, but they asked me to speak with the support team. I lost my time that day and paid the taxi fare. I was psychologically devastated. My hands and feet were shaking from hunger and thirst. Experiencing this affected me negatively in every way, and I have felt numb towards life for the past few days. The first thing I ask of you is to repay the janitor the ₺300 for the food you didn't provide. You will reimburse my taxi fare. Additionally, I will start a compensation lawsuit. Either you compensate me with Miles and Smiles points soon, or I will proceed with my lawsuit.
