Last-Minute False Claim 'Cuba Doesn't Want You' on Turkish Airlines Flight

I had a flight scheduled for August 14th at 2 AM to Havana, Cuba. Everything was ready, Cuba had granted me a visa, and I even had my hotel booked. At the last minute, while boarding the plane, they first told me that my ticket was issued late. Then they lied, saying 'Cuba doesn't want you.' Of course, I didn't accept this lie and defended my rights. I responded, 'If Cuba doesn't want me, why did they give me a visa?' Despite my insistence, they didn't even look at me or provide any response. They left me and seven others stranded and completely canceled my ticket without any refund. I definitely do not forgive this company. Dragging people from one place to another without any assistance is unacceptable.
