Yours Car Rental and Rentalcars Denied My Sarajevo Airport Deposit

We were defrauded of 62,000 TRY (which was collected as a security deposit and was supposed to be refunded on June 28, 2026, but was never returned) by Rentalcars.com, operating under Booking.com. On May 31, 2026, the day the vehicle was returned, an agency representative named Mr. E from Yours Car Rental at the Sarajevo Airport counter deducted 62,000 TRY from my wife's credit card under the description "medical express." They are currently denying ever charging this amount. My brother-in-law personally visited the agency location yesterday; unfortunately, Booking.com has become a cover for malicious actors.
