Turkish Airlines Didn't Respond Me About Lost Item on Plane
You are a disrespectful and irresponsible company that does not understand customer service. I have flown with you numerous times. Once, I forgot my bag in the overhead cabin and immediately contacted you. However, I was stalled for 10 days without any form or document procedure. You automatically give negative responses without any investigation into lost items. Despite repeatedly requesting the issue to be investigated and asking the cabin crew, you did not respond, making it clear that you do not care.
You do not take responsibility or engage with customers. When we pay high prices for tickets, it is our right to request a check of the cabin shortly after leaving the plane, and you are responsible for this. Both your cabin crew and cleaning staff are responsible and must respond. I am disappointed by this level of negligence and lack of response.
I will never fly with you again and will voice your unacceptable customer service approach everywhere. It is unimaginable for you to be the largest airline in this country.
