I Am Demanding My Money Back From Rentalcars for a Canceled Vehicle Rental

I made a vehicle reservation through the car rental company named Rentalcars. When the reservation date arrived, I decided not to pick up the vehicle and requested a cancellation. The supplier company, Çizgi Rent a Car, informed me that they had canceled the reservation and that I could obtain my refund directly from Rentalcars.com. When calling Rentalcars customer support, they do not provide service in Turkish, nor did they issue my refund. I strongly advise against renting a vehicle from either of these two companies. When an issue arises, you cannot find a contact person or proper support whatsoever.
