Issues with Turkish Airlines Staff Attitude
Hello, good day. I am currently at Adana Airport and experiencing a problem with the lady at the ticket sales and counter entrance here. I arrived at 4 PM and have been trying to fly to Istanbul since then. They told me my flight was at 11 PM, but I wanted to change it to the 5 PM flight. I have a friend flying in economy class, and they told me to wait until 3 PM for an update. At 3 PM, they informed me that business class was fully booked. I said it wasn’t a problem and that I could take the 6 PM flight, but they encountered the same issue. Now, they are facing the same problem with the 7 PM flight. They rudely told me to complain wherever I wanted, claiming they were the authority here. They only help their acquaintances and witnesses. Has the quality in Turkey dropped this much? Are the staff this spoiled and rude? I kindly request that you take the necessary actions as soon as possible. Please help me as soon as you can. Thank you.
