I am facing a significant issue with the round-trip international tickets purchased from Obilet. We wanted to cancel one ticket 10 days before the flight and the return ticket months in advance. However, we were met with an outrageous deduction. They informed us that there would be a 90% deduction. I contacted the airlines separately (Turkish Airlines and Sunexpress), and they stated that such a deduction was made by Obilet. When I asked Obilet, they lied, saying they were sharing the exact information from THY and Sunexpress. Buying tickets from Obilet is a terrible experience, it's pure injustice. Additionally, when I first called to cancel, they said the deduction would be ₺4000. The next day, they said it would be ₺9000. How did this happen in one day?
