I Experienced Inconvenience Due to the Lack of Resolution by Turkish Airlines

I purchased a round-trip flight ticket from Ankara to Serbia on 05.11.2023. Since the round-trip ticket was not issued, I contacted obilet.com customer service and was instructed to cancel the ticket and rebook it as a round-trip. The total cost for the three adult tickets was ₺13,460. They informed me that the refund amount would be ₺632 per ticket, but I understood it as a deduction of ₺632 per ticket.

I aimed to leave for vacation on 05.11.2023, but I faced significant inconvenience. Despite seeing the message within 20 minutes and calling multiple times, I ended up selling a ₺13,460 ticket for ₺1,800. Additionally, obilet.com caused me further inconvenience with the leave I took from work and the hotel expenses I paid.

I was told to cancel the tickets and then rebook them, but my discussions with the customer service representative were not helpful, and I will seek resolution through the human rights department. Moving forward, I will pursue this matter legally, as obilet.com's actions have violated human and personal rights in our country.

I will ensure that my rights are upheld and will report this grievance to all relevant authorities through my lawyer and myself.
