One month ago, I booked a flight from SAW to Rize for April 9-12 through the Turkish Airlines app. When I tried to check in a day before the flight, I encountered some issues. Customer service informed me that the flight's name had changed to Ajet, so I had to complete my check-in at the airport. Additionally, despite purchasing extra fly tickets that included in-flight meals, these were not provided during the flight. This was particularly problematic as it was the last day of Ramadan, and my fasting mother and diabetic father were inconvenienced. On the return trip, I was unable to use the Lounge service at Rize airport due to the name change. These issues, stemming from the name change effective March 31, do not reflect well on Turkish Airlines. I trusted the THY brand when purchasing my tickets, but I faced both financial and emotional distress. I have attached all feedback and relevant images. Please urgently address the issues for tickets purchased before March 31.
