Turkish Airlines and Ajet Ticket Issue

Before the separation of Ajet and THY, I had purchased a round-trip ticket for the dates 05.04 - 14.05. Initially, I faced significant inconvenience due to an unexpected change in my flight time. This sudden change in flight time disrupted my pre-arranged plans and made my travel experience quite challenging.

However, what was even more frustrating was the unresponsive and unhelpful attitude I encountered when I reached out to Turkish Airlines and Ajet for assistance. When I contacted Turkish Airlines, I was informed that April flights were managed by Ajet, and therefore, the issue fell under Ajet's jurisdiction, and no assistance was provided.

When I approached Ajet, they claimed that I had purchased the ticket from Turkish Airlines, stating that the issue was outside their jurisdiction and offered no solution. This experience was extremely disappointing in terms of both service quality and customer satisfaction. The lack of a suitable and effective solution for such an important matter as a change in flight time seriously made me question their reliability and service standards.

Therefore, I request that my grievance be addressed. I demand immediate steps to correct the change in my flight time and, if necessary, to change my ticket. Additionally, I expect your customer service to act more effectively and helpfully in such situations and to prioritize customer satisfaction.

I urge you to respond promptly to this matter and arrange a ticket for my desired date and time. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to take necessary legal actions.
