On November 6th, during the TK0980 flight from AYT at 16:00 to ECN at 16:05, your crew started distributing refreshments long after takeoff and just before landing. Passengers seated in rows 18ABCDEF and 17ABCDEF, including myself, did not receive the promised refreshments. No beverages, including water, were provided. While passengers in front received multiple servings of water, coffee, and orange juice, we were neglected. The excuse given was that the plane was preparing to land, and we could only get sandwiches after insisting. It seemed that my companions, who are soldiers, were not taken seriously. Lastly, despite our requests, we were not given even a single glass of water. The sullen attitude of your staff made me question your commitment to brand value. I couldn't even buy water if I wanted to. Thank you.
