Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Card Unfairly Canceled Twice
I've been a loyal customer of Turkish Airlines for years and hold a Miles&Smiles membership (TK694348615). My card was initially canceled on July 20, 2024, due to an alleged violation. After contacting customer service, I was instructed to send a signed declaration promising to use the card exclusively for myself and my family. I followed their instructions exactly, and my membership was reinstated on August 15, 2024. Since then, I've used my card responsibly without any violations.
Despite my full compliance, Turkish Airlines unjustly canceled my card again a few days ago. I've submitted more than 15 complaints, yet each time they're rejected—often by the same individual. This treatment is unacceptable. Turkish Airlines, I demand immediate reinstatement of my membership and a fair resolution to this unjust cancellation.
