I Was Unable to Reach Turkish Airlines Customer Service for Bangkok-Istanbul Flight Change

On February 4, 2024, I am trying to make a change to my Bangkok-Istanbul flight. However, none of the call center numbers or THY office phones provided for Thailand are answering. Since I am abroad, I normally do not use my Turkish mobile line. But when I couldn't reach the THY numbers here, I called the call centers in Turkey with my Turkish line. There, I select the operation I want to perform from the menu, but again, I can't reach anyone. The voice recording directs me to the website and ends the call. I am at a loss as to what to do. I can perform the operation on the website, but I have a cat and there are some special procedures related to it, so I need to speak with a THY representative. I am not in Bangkok and there is no THY office where I am. I tried to communicate my issue via the THY WhatsApp line, but the representative there could only provide me with the call center phone numbers. I don't know what to do...
