But I have visited the Turkey sales office many times. I spoke with the representative there, gave my email address and phone number, but they did not contact me. The refund amount is (RS. 13,602 or 4,413.01 TL). I just want my money back. I only want my refund, nothing else. I am attaching the last email I received from Turkish Airlines here.

I am writing this complaint because I am fed up with this situation. On February 23, 2020, I purchased a round-trip ticket from Dubai to Istanbul. I bought this ticket more than three years ago. Turkish Airlines canceled many flights during the Coronavirus period. I called them multiple times and visited their sales offices to get my refund, but they did not process it. More than three years have passed, and I still haven't received my refund. Today is September 11, 2023, and I bought my ticket on February 23, 2020. Within a week, I created a support request on their website regarding my refund. I called again today, and they told me to wait 1-3 months. I just want my money back; I don't want anything else. I request urgent action to be taken regarding this matter.

My problem was finally resolved. I had to reach the higher unit, and I was able to solve it that way. Thank you.
