I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Turkish Airlines Flight Diversion and Lack of Communication

On January 9, 2024, the Turkish Airlines flight departing from Istanbul Airport at 18:35 to Ordu-Giresun was diverted to Samsun Çarşamba Airport due to weather conditions. We were forced to walk approximately 500-600 meters in rainy weather between the landing site and our original destination. There was no in-flight service or any information provided to us regarding the situation. Later, five buses arrived at the airport, and passengers were randomly boarded without any organization, causing significant inconvenience. As I write this complaint, we are struggling to get from Samsun to Ordu-Giresun Airport. We need to reach the districts of Giresun and have no idea what awaits us at Ordu-Giresun Airport. I have never encountered such a situation in my life. My trust in Turkish Airlines has been shaken. There was also a lady traveling by plane for the first time, and she was negatively affected by this situation.
