Turkish Airlines Flight TK7086 Landing Issue and Passenger Inconvenience
On January 26, 2024, the Turkish Airlines (TK7086) flight from Esenboga to Van couldn't land in Van due to weather conditions and landed in Diyarbakir instead. The airline arranged a bus to transport passengers by road. There was no guidance during the bus planning; I discovered the bus by chance when I stepped outside the airport on my own. When I boarded the bus, there was no control or name check; we boarded in a chaotic manner, similar to loading animals onto a cargo plane. Our luggage was randomly thrown in. Thankfully, my luggage didn't get lost, but the risk was very high as the luggage was thrown into the compartment haphazardly without any tags or seat numbers. I suffered in the cold of this winter day and was neither contacted by any official nor could I reach any authority regarding this issue. I request that my inconvenience be addressed.
