Free Fire Unban

For almost three years now my Free Fire account has been permanently banned with the reason shown as abnormal activities and hacking, even though I did not knowingly use any hacks or third‑party tools. When I try to log in, I receive the message that there are abnormal activities with my account and that it has been suspended permanently. My account is on the India region with UID 1842820882 and nickname ?RICHARD . I spent a lot of time and effort on this account over a long period and I do not want to lose my progress and purchases because of a situation I do not understand. I contacted Free Fire support and was informed that the ban is permanent, but I was not given any clear, detailed explanation or proof about what exactly was detected on my account. I believe there may have been a mistake or a misunderstanding, because I did not intentionally violate the rules. I kindly request that my account with UID 1842820882 be re‑checked in detail, that I be given a clear explanation of what is claimed to have happened, and that my account be unbanned if no solid evidence of hacking is found. If a mistake has been made, I ask that my access be restored along with all my in‑game data and purchases.
