Flight Time Change Frustration and Turkish Airlines Customer Service

They changed the time of my flight with reservation code S3LFQ3, when I entered the application, I did not change it by trusting the option that you can change the flight day and time, they changed the time again, the application gave an error, when I called customer service, they say that you cannot make changes due to the 15 minute rule. Please do not change people's vested rights, we were victimized as a family, it was a promotional ticket, it is not refundable. Where is customer satisfaction? THY always does this!
