Disrespectful Behavior by Wheelchair Desk Employee of Turkish Airlines

During my travel from Los Angeles to Adana, I experienced disrespect from a THY wheelchair desk employee at Istanbul Airport. Since I couldn't turn on my phone, which has my Turkish SIM and internet, I tried to connect to the airport Wi-Fi. However, it required a password, so I asked the desk employee, O*** U***, for assistance. When I inquired about obtaining the Wi-Fi password, he rudely responded, 'How should I know? Am I a phone technician? Go ask at the information desk!' I then asked, 'Why are you yelling at me?' and he got up from the desk and left while muttering. I found this behavior unacceptable for an employee of a reputable company like THY. I have also filed a complaint with THY! They should not hire individuals who use disrespectful language, as it tarnishes THY's quality. Employee name: O*** U***! O*** U***! Please do not ignore this complaint, I am very dissatisfied!
