THY Flight Delay and Unhelpful Ground Staff

At Istanbul Airport, the Care Point employee did not reissue our ticket for the missed flight due to the THY flight delay, and threatened us instead. The employee's name is S*** A*******. Additionally, no THY personnel assisted us with the delay for our flight to Northern Cyprus, which is another complaint. We ran to catch the plane but found no one to assist us at the gate, and when we returned to the Care Point for help, we were met with threats. No one took our situation seriously or tried to help. They mockingly told us that we missed our flight and needed to buy a new ticket. When I called customer service to file a complaint, they said I needed to provide feedback about the delay. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. We want compensation for the damages and accommodation costs caused by this delay.
