Complaint About Turkish Airlines Vienna Employees

Friends, it is currently 11:36 PM. We are a group of 5 people. Our flight, THY Vienna to Antalya, was scheduled for 4:30 PM. We are still waiting in the airport's flight section. Initially, we were told the plane had a malfunction. Then, we were informed another plane would come. The staff disappeared, no one was around, and someone from the staff should come and inform the passengers. I am complaining about the THY Vienna employees, and all the passengers are complaining. Everyone, including children, is in distress. There are very indifferent and bad THY employees. I will complain about these staff members to the headquarters; I am very angry. We left home at 2 PM, and it has been exactly 10 hours. Problems can occur, but inform us about what will happen. We are waiting here for no reason; we could go home and come back later. But I am complaining about these self-important THY Vienna employees. Some indifferent employees do not bother to come to the waiting lounge to inform anyone. Their leisure is more important. What kind of understanding is this? What kind of institutional work is this? What kind of conscience is this? These employees will not bring any good to the country or the nation. They should urgently replace these employees. They have put employees who have no common sense. What would it take for someone to come and say a few words and leave? We have been waiting in the lounge for 8 hours. How long will this go on? I give these staff members 0 points. They have lost my respect and the respect of others.
